水产品贸易对东盟渔业绿色全要素生产率的影响

The impact of aquatic product trade on green total factor productivity of ASEAN fishery

  • 中国与东盟国家水产品贸易往来日益密切,生态环境安全在建设绿色“一带一路”过程中有重要意义。使用DEA-Malmquist Luenberger指数法测算并分解了2001—2020年间东盟国家的渔业绿色全要素生产率指数,建立双向固定效应模型对其影响因素及机制进行实证分析。结果表明:东盟9国的渔业绿色全要素生产率指数均值呈现“上升-下降-上升”的状态,渔业绿色全要素生产率水平有待提升;水产品贸易额、“一带一路”倡议及人力资本均对提升渔业绿色全要素生产率水平有积极影响,人均GDP与其存在负向相关关系;在作用机制中,“一带一路”倡议对技术进步、技术效率及规模效率均有显著促进作用。建议中国与东盟国家开拓水产品贸易市场,灵活运用贸易政策,提高经济发展质量,制定适合本国的发展方案,以期实现中国与东盟国家水产品贸易的协同发展。
